WA & TAS - If you’re within WA or TAS, at this stage you can only purchase tissue culture plants, we cannot send you hardened-off plants due to quarantine restrictions for these states. For documentation details please click here.
WA - However for bigger orders from WA we can still arrange to send hardened off plants. We have obtained appropriate certification from DPI (Dept. of Primary Industries) to send hardened off plants to WA. The only thing is, its only viable if the order quantity is large since it involves inspection and certification fee from DPI.
Most growers, however big, prefer to opt for hardened-off seedlings as de-flasking of tissue culture plants requires considerable skill and patience; improperly de-flasked plants have a high mortality rate.
If however, you still wish to try out our tissue culture plants, you have the option of purchasing de-flasked plants at labour-prices charged at actual. These plants would require to be hardened-off first before planting into pots or directly in the soil, and we recommend this option only if you have proper shadehouse/greenhouse facilities.
